Your appointment is very important to us, and we reserve the time especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper (24 hour) notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of your scheduled service total. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, and a cancellation/no-show fee assessed. Appointments made within the 24-hour period must be pre-paid in full price.
