2023 weddings are booking quickly! Scheduling is on a first come first serve basis. AGL requires a signed contract and a 25% retainer to officially reserve your date. Your date will not be held until both are completed. Please inquire to reserve and schedule your services today!
ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION
DESTINATION CHARGE:
San Diego: with 15 miles from La Jolla Cove no charge
North County: $50 Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos , Escondido
East County: $50
Temecula: $100
Orange County: $100
Los Angeles: $250
Destination fee per artist traveling to location.
EARLY ARRIVAL CHARGE:
Appointments starting before 8:00am, additional $100 per hour before 8:00 am, per artist. Separate from destination charge.
PARKING:
Parking is paid by the client for each artist booked for services. Valet or self parking at the location of services. Please ask location about vendor rates, discounts or waived parking fees.
BOOKING FEES:
Limited dates are available - 25% retainer is required to secure wedding date with sign contract.
Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.
If you are unsure about committing to a contract, please book a trial appointment first. Please note that a trial does not secure your wedding date, so I suggest booking a trial as soon as possible, as I tend to book 8-12 months in advance.
Trials are only available on the weekdays, as my weekends are frequently booked year-round. If you absolutely cannot make a weekday, or if you are from out of town, I may have limited availability for a weekend trial; however, I recommend booking with us on a weekday so we can have ample time to experiment and perfect your big day look.
CHANGES TO EXISTING BOOKING:
After booking and deposit is paid, number of guests cannot be changed to a less amount unless full quote payment is still fulfilled. Additional guests may be added to your booking subject to availability. At the time of change, a new invoice will be provided.
HOLIDAY & WEEKENDS:
There is a 25% surcharge of the total invoice if booking on the Holidays and Holiday weekends listed below.
New years eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day through the weekend, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are to be collected from client/bride only. Due NO LATER than 2 weeks prior of the wedding day. Only exception will be payment in cash, collected the day of wedding prior to artists starting services. No services will not begin until full invoice is paid. Any day of 'upgrades' and or 'add on' services need to be paid immediately before the service begins to the artist performing the service.
CANCELLATION:
If you cancel with less than 30 days notice prior to the event, you will still be required to pay the full amount quoted. There are no refunds of any monies paid toward any bookings where there has been any partial/full cancellation made within 30 days of the group booking or wedding. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.
DESTINATION WEDDING:
$3000/ up to 6 services with AGL owner, master stylist Anna Prangé.
Pricing includes 2 half day travel per diems. 4 hours of travel the day prior and after glam services.
Pricing does not include cost of round trip airfare, transportation and lodging. Lodging must be reserved for a minimum of 2 nights, the night prior and after beauty services.
All prices are subject to be changed without notice, but will stay the same once your contract is signed.
